- Structural Framing & Carpentry: Construct, erect, and repair timber/metal roof trusses, rafters, purlins, wall framing, and concrete formwork[cite: 15].
- Roofing & Cladding: Install new roofs, reroofing projects, long run metal colorsteel corrugated iron, and exterior wall or roof cladding[cite: 15].
- Eaves, Fascia & Soffits: Fit and align timber or metal fascia boards, soffits, and edge framing prior to gutter and roofing application[cite: 15].
- Rainwater Systems: Install, repair, and replace gutters, spouting, downpipes, and rainwater drainage systems[cite: 15].
- Waterproofing & Flashings: Apply underlayment, install roof flashings, ridge caps, and membrane waterproofing systems to prevent water ingress[cite: 15].
- Maintenance & Inspection: Perform routine structural and roof inspections, leak detection, and repairs to extend building lifespan[cite: 15].
- Site Prep & Repairs: Remove old roofing and damaged timber framework, clear moss and debris, and accurately measure, cut, and fit materials[cite: 15].
- Safety & Compliance: Safely operate EWPs, scaffolding, ladders, and fall-arrest equipment to ensure full compliance with building regulations and safety standards[cite: 15].
